It's your prerogative to change your mind. If you're not happy with your Erth Play Beach Playset, we'd love the chance to make it right.

Where did you buy your playset?

If you bought your playset from a retail store, please return it directly to that store under their return policy — we can't process returns for items purchased through a retailer.

If you bought your playset directly from erthplay.com, read on.

14-day return window

If you'd like to return your playset, get in touch within 14 days of pickup. Email us at hello@erthpd.com with your order number and we'll arrange a time for you to drop it off at Baked by Cindy in West Kelowna.

To be eligible, the playset must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Once we have the playset back and have checked it over, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.

Damaged or defective items

If your playset has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, please email us at hello@erthpd.com within 14 days of purchase with a photo and your order number. We'll work with you to replace it or refund you.

For items purchased from a retailer, contact the retailer first. If they're unable to help, email us and we'll do what we can.
