PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

The Erth Play Beach Playset is designed for children ages 3 and up. It is intended for use as a beach and sand toy and should be used with adult supervision, especially near water. Erth Product Development Inc. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the product, use outside of its intended purpose, or use without appropriate adult supervision.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The Erth Play Beach Playset is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our FAQ. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

SHIPPING

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy.
