Pickup & Delivery

We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Local pickup in Kelowna

All orders are picked up at Baked by Cindy in Kelowna — our local bakery partner (and yes, my wife's bakery).

Once your order is ready, we'll send you a pickup confirmation email with the bakery's address, hours, and what to bring (just your order number).

Pickup is free.

Shipping

We're not currently shipping orders. We made the call to pause shipping while we focus on getting Erth Play into retail stores across BC and beyond — so the playset can get to you the same way other beach toys do.
